Meet The Chiavacci Family
Philip and Justine Chiavacci are a dynamic couple whose roots run deep in the Scranton area, bringing a wealth of experience, passion, and a strong family-first mentality to their work and life.
Philip’s Story
Born and raised in Scranton, Phil graduated from Scranton High School in 2006. After completing a few years of college, Philip embarked on a fulfilling career in law enforcement. He attended the Police Academy at Lackawanna College and went on to serve the community with both the Lackawanna County Sheriff's Office and the Dunmore Police for 12 years before being injured. After a successful career in public service, Phil retired in 2021. He then transitioned to a role as a project manager overseeing 1300 units for a large national real estate investment company, where he honed his skills in real estate management and business development. With a desire to pursue his true passion, taking a wealth of knowledge he accumulated over years of on site work and management Phil ultimately decided to open his own business in 2022, taking the next step in his journey toward entrepreneurship.
Justine's Journey
Originally from New Hampshire and raised in Mountain Top, PA, Justine graduated from MMI Prep in 2002. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh in 2006, followed by a Master of Education from Towson University in 2008. For many years, Justine worked in education, using her talents to help others grow. But in 2024, she decided to make a career change, obtaining her Real Estate license and joining Re/Max Best in Lake Ariel, where she is now a licensed realtor. Justine’s unique blend of education and psychology allows her to deeply connect with clients, making their real estate experience feel personal and rewarding.
A Family That Works Together
Phil and Justine were married in 2013, and shortly thereafter, they moved to the Moscow area, where they now live in Covington Township with their three wonderful children—Colton, Blake, and Lacy—and two lovable dogs, Copper and Huckleberry. The Chiavacci family enjoys spending time together, traveling to new places, hiking in nature, enjoying beach trips, and, of course, watching movies as a family.
With a shared commitment to hard work, community, and family-first values, the Chiavacci family brings a personal touch to everything they do, making them a trusted and caring presence in their professional endeavors and work.
